白色恋人公园是石屋制菓这家巧克力公司的主题乐园。该公司的旗舰产品是白色恋人饼乾，两片奶油薄片饼乾中间夹著白色的巧克力，大部份到北海道的旅客的纪念品清单中一定有这项单品。

公园内有迪士尼式的建筑，内有店铺和餐厅，最有趣的是，还有一座对大众开放的巧克力工厂。游客们透过几扇窗户可以观看巧克力饼乾的制造过程，也有许多巧克力相关制品的展示。

白色恋人公园内有一个足球场，是札幌J-联盟足球队「岗萨多Consadole」的练习场地。该球队的历史也陈列在一个小展览屋中。
