彭立，男，1983年出生，博士，现任四川师范大学地理与资源科学学院教授。
主要从事人文地理学和3S应用技术的研究，研究方向包括土地利用与生态格局、灾害风险适应与管理、空间规划与地理大数据、环境感知等方面研究。

参与了包括5.12汶川地震、4.20芦山地震、4.25尼泊尔地震等若干次大地震的灾后恢复重建规划及资源环境承载力评价工作；参与南亚国际科技合作，积极与国际山地中心（ICIMOD）成员国的大学、研究机构建立合作伙伴关系。
